Charles Garland is a licensed yacht broker and a licensed real estate broker based in South Florida, and the founder of the Atlantic Realty Group platform. He works the coastal corridor from Miami through Palm Beach — Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, Deerfield Beach and the surrounding waterfront communities — on both sides of the dock: the home and the boat behind it.
